5K

Saturday was the 5K I have been "training" for. It started at 7A.M. and it was a very chilly/blustery start at the mouth of Ogden canyon. My awesome sister in law Kaye ran with me. It was a great run. We took it slow and steady. We may have not gotten the best time in the world but I am VERY proud to say I did not walk one second of it! 3.2 Miles for a big gal is not bad!

Next race I will be sure to do my hair a little better and put on some makeup. :)

Holy Cow! Good work, Ron! I bet that was a lot harder than running bases for Coach Graff and Coach I, eh? I'm super stoked for you to be in town this week! Hooray! I don't have a single big thing due with classes this week, so we're good to party like it's 1999!

Good work girls!! Way to go...I don't think I could run around the block. I haven't tried and don't plan to anytime soon!

Wahoo Ronni! 3.2 miles is awesome! And you're not supposed to be all dolled up to run. At least that's what I think! :o) You should see me after I'm done running! You look great!

Good for guys! That's impressive that you ran the whole way, I probably would have pretended to jog for 100 yards and then been done! Props!
